Day 1
Arrival in Zurich
Arrive in Zurich, Switzerland's largest city and gateway to your Alpine adventure. After checking into your hotel, enjoy free time to explore the city at your own pace. Discover Zurich's charming Old Town, visit Grossmünster and Fraumünster, or walk up Lindenhof for panoramic views over the city and the Limmat River.

Day 2
Bern & Lake Geneva
Meet your guide and travel through the beautiful Swiss countryside to Bern, Switzerland's historic capital. Enjoy a guided walking tour through its UNESCO-listed Old Town and see landmarks including the famous Zytglogge Clock Tower.
Continue to Vevey on the shores of Lake Geneva. Explore this elegant lakeside town and visit Chaplin's World, dedicated to the life and work of Charlie Chaplin.
Enjoy dinner with your group before settling into your lakeside accommodation.

Day 3
Journey to Zermatt
Travel through the spectacular Rhône Valley, passing vineyards and mountain landscapes. Stop in Sion for a short guided walk before continuing towards Zermatt.
At Täsch, board the shuttle train to the car-free resort of Zermatt. Enjoy your first views of the magnificent Matterhorn as you arrive in this famous Alpine village.
Spend the afternoon exploring Zermatt at your leisure before enjoying dinner at your hotel.

Day 4
Gornergrat & Matterhorn
Enjoy a full day surrounded by the magnificent Swiss Alps. Travel by mountain railway towards Gornergrat, located nearly 3,000 metres above sea level.
From the summit, admire spectacular panoramic views of the Matterhorn, glaciers and surrounding Alpine peaks. Return to Zermatt and enjoy free time to explore its charming streets, cafés and mountain scenery.

Return journey on the Gornergrat Bahn
Day 5
Zermatt to Lugano via Italy
Leave Zermatt and take the train back to Täsch, where you rejoin your coach. Travel south towards Brig and across the spectacular Simplon Pass into Italy.
Stop in Domodossola, a charming Italian market town, before continuing towards Stresa on the shores of Lake Maggiore.
Later, cross back into Switzerland and arrive in Lugano, a beautiful lakeside city surrounded by mountains. Enjoy the evening at leisure before a group dinner.

Day 6
Lake Como – Bellagio, Menaggio & Varenna
Today, discover the spectacular beauty of Lake Como. Travel by ferry between charming lakeside towns including Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna.
Admire colourful waterfront buildings, elegant villas, peaceful gardens and dramatic Alpine scenery reflected across the lake. Enjoy free time to explore, shop, take photographs or sample authentic Italian cuisine.
Return to Lugano in the evening.

Day 7
Milan City Tour
Travel from Lugano to Milan, Italy's famous fashion and design capital.
Join a guided walking tour through the city centre and discover highlights including the spectacular Milan Duomo and elegant Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.
The remainder of the day is free to explore Milan. Consider visiting Santa Maria delle Grazie to see Leonardo da Vinci's The Last Supper or enjoying an aperitivo in one of the city's stylish neighbourhoods.

Departure from Milan
