Arrive in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, and transfer to your hotel for check-in.

In the afternoon, begin your exploration of the historic Vilnius Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its beautiful churches, historic buildings and charming cobblestone streets.

Visit Cathedral Square, dominated by Vilnius Cathedral, the Royal Palace and the impressive Gediminas Castle Tower. Continue towards the Presidential Palace and Vilnius University, one of the oldest universities in Eastern Europe.

Walk along the atmospheric Pilies Street before continuing towards the historic Gate of Dawn, one of the most important landmarks of Vilnius.

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion to Kaunas, Lithuania's second-largest city and an important cultural and historical centre.

Explore the charming Old Town and discover Town Hall Square, the Jesuit Church, the historic Cathedral, Vytautas Church, Perkunas House and the courtyard of the Theological Seminary.

Continue to the ruins of Kaunas Castle, an important reminder of the city's medieval past.

Later, visit the M. K. Čiurlionis Picture Gallery, home to works by Lithuania's celebrated artist and composer Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis.

The day concludes with a visit to the fascinating Devils' Museum, featuring an extensive collection of devil sculptures and carvings from Lithuania and around the world.

Return to Vilnius.

Overnight: Vilnius

After breakfast, travel to Trakai, the former capital of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania.

Surrounded by lakes and beautiful countryside, Trakai is famous for its spectacular 15th-century island castle. Explore the castle museum and discover its fascinating collection of historical objects, artwork, furniture, ceramics and other artefacts.

Return to Vilnius in the afternoon.

Continue your sightseeing with a visit to the KGB Museum, offering insight into Lithuania's difficult Soviet-era history.

You will also see the Lithuanian Parliament building, an important symbol of the country's peaceful struggle for independence in 1991.

Overnight: Vilnius

After breakfast, depart Vilnius and travel towards Riga, the capital of Latvia.

En route, stop at the extraordinary Hill of Crosses, one of Lithuania's most distinctive cultural and pilgrimage sites. Thousands of crosses placed across the site make this an unforgettable and deeply symbolic destination.

Continue across the border into Latvia and visit the magnificent Rundale Palace, one of the finest examples of Baroque and Rococo architecture in the Baltic region.

Explore the beautifully restored palace interiors, including the impressive Golden Hall, White Hall and the historic apartments of the Duke of Courland.

Continue to Riga and check in to your hotel.

Drive alongside the scenic Riga Bay before reaching Gauja National Park, one of Latvia's most beautiful natural areas.

Discover the medieval atmosphere of the region with a visit to the ruins of the 13th-century Turaida Castle and the local History Museum.

Climb the historic fortification tower for beautiful views across the Gauja Valley, often known as the "Garden of Gods."

Continue through the scenic landscape and explore the sandstone formations and grottoes along the ancient riverbank.

Proceed to Tallinn and check in to your hotel.

After breakfast, begin your exploration of Tallinn, Estonia's beautiful medieval capital.

Visit Kadriorg Palace and Park, followed by the historic Song Festival Amphitheatre, an important part of Estonian cultural heritage.
