Explore the monastery complex, enjoy its peaceful atmosphere and learn about its important role as a spiritual centre during medieval Armenia.

Return to Yerevan & City Sightseeing

The heart of Yerevan, famous for its impressive architecture, beautiful fountains and vibrant atmosphere.

Cascades Complex

A monumental stairway offering panoramic views of Yerevan and Mount Ararat. The complex is also home to the Gafesjian Museum of Art.

Armenian Genocide Memorial and Museum

A significant memorial and museum dedicated to commemorating the victims of the Armenian Genocide.

Vernissage Souvenir Market

Visit the historic Mother Cathedral of Ejmiatsin, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore its rich history, remarkable architecture and religious importance.

You may also visit the nearby churches of St. Gayane and St. Hripsime, which form part of the important Ejmiatsin religious complex.
